Going on a 20-day water fast, how much weight can I expect to lose ?

Hey, so this is what I’m starting to do ! AND something I REALLY absolutely totally wanna stick to ! But here’s what I’m asking, how much weight can I lose by water fasting for 20 days ?! & have u got any tips on water fasting & stuff like that ? Cuz I really want to do this ! Help, please ! Have u ever done something like this before ?! If so please tell me bout ur experiences ! AND one more thing: HOW CAN I STICK TO THIS PLAN FOR 20 DAYS ?!

HELP I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT, Im 5’9” 525lbs 17yrs how much weight would be lost during a 7 day water fast?

And How much would be lost during a 30 day fast? I plan on walking 1 hour a day. Also i want to know is there ways to lose more weight while sleeping? And is there more ways to lose weight while im on this water fast? Dont tell me to eat other food cause i won’t eat no kind of food while on this fast i will be taking One A Day vitamins for nutrients. And since im really obese would my body just eat my body since i wont be eating nothing for a while if so how long will it take for my body to eat me? My goal weight is 235lbs by August would i be able to acheive this? Also tips on losing weight while sleeping.

Fasting to lose weight is not a good idea. As soon as you start eating again you will gain the weight back.

It would be better to aim for smaller weight loss, ie, 25 pounds per month. One of the most successful diet plan I’ve encountered is the ‘Subway’ diet. It is nutritional, healthy, inexpensive and you get to eat a variety of subs each day. Walking several times a week is good. You should also add 20 minute workout on cardio machines at your local fitness center. My personal fave is the step climber.

To lose weight at night, don’t eat 3 hours prior to bedtime. Drink water if you do get hungry. No drinks with sugar added. This includes soda, energy drinks and most brands of juice.

Tips for a five day water fast?

I am going to start a 5 day water fast this Monday. Tips on staying motivated? How much weight will I lose? (5’5 female weighing 140; GW: 110) How will I feel each day of the fast? Thank you!

dont listen to anyone that says you shouldn’t do it. unless you have some medical condition you should try. the thing is you’ll probably gain all the weight back after wards that’s true. if your gonna do it i recommend do it for 10 days no more no less. 10 days is the full detoxification has been done. you’ll crave food like crazy you have to keep yourself busy. i only did it for like a day and a half cause my parents were catching on and about a week before that i was eating less to get myself ready. it does work but all the weight i lost i gained back. i can still tell you to drink and drink and drink water. if you dont feel like you need to drink water drink it. keep a bottle of water with you 24/7. its hard as hell but you can do it. get out of the house away from the kitchen and go somewhere where theres no food. you’ll get hunger pains and bad cramps.
