ive dropped almost 100 lbs and to lose weight its not only about your work out. your diet is just as impostant if not more. You can work out all the time, then eat wrong and gain those calories back. Im just starting some videos to show ways that i used to get that weight off and im showing it by giving my self a 30 day challendge and showing what im doing on the way.
