@YouTips4U.. Also you’re spot on in regards to diet and healthy eating!! Love your videos! With the laxatives also, if you take them to lose weight and you take them on a regular basis for weight loss, in the long run you are doing major damage to your colon and will eventually end up with some sort of surgery or have to take them for the rest of your life to defecate because you’re not able to anymore because your body became so dependent on those laxatives.

@YouTips4U Hi. I dont know how to start my own comment so i will just comment under this. I subscribed to you and watched mostly hair videos but some excersize and portion control. I don’t know if you mentioned this on any of your other videos but women should not eat less than 1200 calories per day unless doctor says otherwise and men no less than 1600 calories per day. There is helpful websites you can visit. u enter age, weight, etc and they will let u know how many cal u should eat/day.

I actually disagree - you can exercise while on the master cleanse!! You definitely don’t have to be sedentary while doing a detox diet. It is crucial to give your digestive system a rest and chance to detox at least once a year – considering most of us grew up never doing a detox and the world (and our food, body products, environment…) being as polluted as it is, I think it’s crucial to get into the habit of detoxing our bodies of accumulated toxins – they are the root of all disease!!

Hi, if your problem is constipation, then simply drinking more fluids and increasing your fiber intake with lots of fresh veggies and fruits (including dried fruits) will help. If you are suffering and need immediate relief, over-the-counter stool softener can be helpful, however, I do not recommend them for frequent use. What you want to do is alter your diet and lifestyle. Adding exercise is very important as it keeps your body’s processes moving.

20 minutes of ab and leg exercises. To get all the wonderful benefits of exercise, I do emphasize that you stop smoking. You significantly reduce your lung capacity by smoking. Drinking coffee does have a temporary effect of speeding up your metabolism, but if you want long term benefits of a high metabolism, cardio exercise with strength training is your answer. Simply eating more frequent smaller meals throughout the day will help to rev your metabolism as well. Good luck!

Hi, your friend should start eating smaller meals throughout the day. It sounds like she has a high metabolism, which is great, and three meals just don’t satisfy her. It is good to eat when you are hungry as that is how you keep your metabolism revved and avoid your body going to conservation of calories mode which slows it down and that’s how you store fat. Sabrina probably needs more healthy fats and calorie dense foods with her meals and she will stay satisfied longer.
