Weight before the wedding!?
I am getting married in 5 days. I have been working on loosing weight for a year now and have only lost 30 lbs. I have about 50lbs left to loose. I have five days before my wedding and i want to make the best out of them. What is the smartest way to look and feel smaller in five days. I have tried fad diets and understand they don’t work. I don’t want to starve myself thats how i gained the weight to begin with. What is the best plan to drop some pounds before the big day. I have looked up all these juice diets/hollywood diets/ water fasting. I don’t know what to do but work out constantly. BUT I AM TOO BUSY FOR THAT!
You will learn that you have to consume calories to loose weight, otherwise your body goes into "storage mode" for when, eons ago, there wasn’t enough food, the body stored everything it could to help you survive.
Eat healthy (cut out some of the meats), add 2-3 cups of green tea to your diet each day. The green tea will help you burn fat (but not 50lbs worth) and will help de-tox your system.
Relax, you’ll be a beautiful bride. Have a wonderful time being involved in your wedding. Treasure every moment and let the wedding happen. It’s only one day.. it takes a lifetime to have a successful marriage. Live and love well!!
Eat healthy and don’t’ stress – don’t crash diet or you will be a mess on the big day.

LikeDislikeYou only have 5 days until your wedding!! If you lose any more weight you probably wont fit into your wedding gown.. That said, the best way to lose weight is to drastically cut portions and content of your food. And EXERCISE. That is the most crucial part. Try to eat foods you enjoy, but watch out for fatty foods, processed foods, foods that are high in sugar and greasy foods. Try to eat lots of fresh foods. And cut your portions in half.

LikeDislikeMuscle is heavier than fat so you could have a lot of muscle. Height is a factor, but more importantly it matters how you look. And who’s to say what is normal, as long as you’re confident and comfortable with yourself then who cares what anyone says. But if you’re not happy with yourself then I suggest you take the healthy route and tone yourself up. Eat healthy foods and exercise 30 mins a day, find exercises that are fun for you and do them 4-5 days a week. You need to speed up your metabolism, and if you start exercising then soon enough your metabolism will be so revved up that if you fall off the wagon once or twice then it won’t matter cause you’ll still be losing weight. Good luck to you.

LikeDislikeWhat’s the point? You and I both know that in the long run, you’ll ultimately end up gaining it back. I feel so sorry for your husband to be.

LikeDislikeyou’ve done a great job at losing the 30lbs! Don’t lose sight of that. Maybe get onto intervals and strength training. Long term you will lose more to a healthy weight long after your wedding.
