(Day 12) 40 Day Water Fast – Fasting For Weight Loss
This is day 12 of my 40 day water fast. I am still fasting for weight loss. I have lost a total of 29lbs. Today for some reason the scale did not move, and I am hoping that things will correct itself tomorrow. If not I will have to reevaluate the situation and see if it is because I’m not drinking enough water, or if I am accumulating toxins at a quick rate that is causing me not to lose weight.
I would like to fit in my size 16 jeans which I wore last year, and the last time I checked I wore the biggest sized jeans offered at Lane Bryant. I am not a happy camper.

This is my day 4 on a complete water fast. I am fasting with water until I reach my goal weight of 150lbs. I started at 313lbs, and I am now 301lbs. In this video I talk about the reasons why you may see a decrease in weight loss during a water fast. You may not be drinking enough water, you may be very toxic, or you may have exercised.
